7-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- It must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Note: We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders).
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Exchanges
We offer free size or item exchanges if the product you received is defective, incorrect, or doesn’t fit — subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return steps.
You may need to send the product to our return address using a courier service of your choice.
After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue the refund or send the replacement.
